Cocktail - Peanut Butter Espresso Martini

Our supplier Pure Distilling sent us a cocktail pamphlet designed for using with their flavours.

The Mrs said she was going to make me this cocktail...."Umm ok ???"

I like peanut butter on toast, I also like espresso coffee, and my favourite cocktail is definitely Martini, but these three things together? I was thinking yuk. Well as it turned out the cocktail is gob-smackingly gorgeous.

Here's the recipe......

  • 30 mls of Pure Distilling Peanut Butter Whiskey
  • 30 mls of Pure Distilling Pure Vodka
  • 30 mls of Pure Distilling Maria's Coffee Liqueur Top Ups
  • 30 mls of cooled espresso coffee
  • Some chopped up coffee beans, chopped peanuts, and small ice cubes

Fill a shaker with ice
Add ingredients
Shake well until there is froth
Strain into a martini glass and (optional) garnish with the chopped coffee beans and peanuts.
